mission of MMC is to provide for the healthcare needs of all residents and visitors of Modoc County. The staff of Modoc Medical
Center shall make every effort to alleviate pain and suffering, to restore health, to comfort the ill and their families and
to promote wellness in its citizens. These efforts shall be met through the appointment and employment of highly qualified
